We do not ship Biologique Recherche products outside Spain.
We are sorry but we do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Most deliveries are made within 24-48 hours, and we are committed to not exceeding 4 business days from order confirmation.
European Union
Deliveries between 4 and 7 working days from order confirmation.
Clarifications:
For orders by Bank Transfer, the delivery period begins from the receipt of the transfer.
Returns
If you want to make a return once you have received your order, it is very easy. Send us an email to yourstore@amarama.es and we will tell you how to proceed.
You must send us the products by post or any other transport company to our address:

A return form (or other document such as a copy of the order...) must accompany the package you send us.
Once we receive the products and check that they are unused, sealed, in good condition and that the QR Code of the products are the ones we sent you, we make the payment in the payment method used.
- Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.

We work with NACEX, a leading company in the express courier segment in Spain and Portugal. It is part of the Logista Group, the leading distributor of products and services to local businesses in southern Europe.
When your shipment is processed, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking information. At that time, you will be able to manage the details and delivery times. In addition, if you wish, you can send your package to a collection point, so you do not have to wait for the courier.

We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged order, we will exchange it free of charge.
