The other hyperfermented plants (3%), consisting of myrtle and mastic (also known as Atlas pistachio) are typical plants found in Mediterranean vegetation and parts of the Italian island Sardinia that is known for its remarkable biodiversity. Studies have shown that these hyperfermented plants boost the skin’s defenses, positively regulate the microbiome of the skin, promote skin moisture, and improve the hydrolipidic layer. It also promotes skin-firming processes that improve the bond between the epidermis and the dermis. APPLICATION

After cleansing (DOCTOR BABOR Barrier Balance Lotion Cleanser) and preferably after application of the DOCTOR BABOR ECM Repair Serum, apply mornings and/or evenings to the face, neck, and décolleté and lightly massage it into the skin with dry or lightly moistened fingertips.
